Palm Desert Public Art Tours. Palm Desert is home to more than 140 sculptures and three alternating art tours: Palm Desert Public Library, Civic Center Park, and El Paseo Exhibition. These free tours are open to the public. The tours meet at 10 a.m. on the second Sat. of each month (except July and August). Call for the meeting place of the month.
