Palm Springs is home to major golfing events such as the
Bob Hope Chrysler
Classic, the
Nabisco Championship (formerly the Dinah Shore) and the
Skins Game
which are conducted in Palm Springs each year. Palm Springs golf course
designers include such top names as Pete Dye, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and Ted
Robinson and they have done some of their finest work here in the Coachella
Valley.
